Zvika Barak
Zvika Barak received his "Bachelor of Laws" (LL.B.) degree from Hertzelia Interdisciplinary Academy and his "Master of Business Administration" (M.B.A.) degree from the Hebrew University, Jerusalem. In addition, he has a B.A. degree in Economics and Statistics from Ben Gurion University, Beer-Sheba, Israel.
Adv. Barak had served between 1986 1996 as Director General of the Finance Department of the Jewish Agency for Israel.
In 2000, after being admitted to the Israel Bar, he founded "Zvika Barak & Co.", a legal practice dealing mainly with international clients, property and public and governmental issues.
Adv. Barak is also admitted as a member of the Law Society of England & Wales, qualified to practise as a Solicitor.

Elad Man
Elad Man received both his "Bachelor of Laws" (LL.B.) degree and his "Master of Business Administration" (M.B.A.) degree, specializing in finance, from the University of Manchester (England). In addition, he has academic experience in the fields of political science and international relations.
During his studies at the Israel Bar Institute for Lawyer's Continuing Education Programs", Elad specialized in receivership, liquidation, corporate law and corporate taxation.
The academic research paper he wrote in the course of his M.B.A. was entitled: "The Influences of the Legislative Work over the Main Indexes of the Tel Aviv Stock Exchange". In addition, Elad has published several articles on the subjects of law, sociology and economics and he has explored the appropriate legislation, regarding cross and interlocking media ownership. He is a guest lecture on this subject at various academic institutes.
Elad writes articles, on a regular basis for Israel's leading legal and Financial newspapers and journals such as : "Globes", "TheMarker", The Lawyer", "Neto+" and others.
Between the years of 2000 and 2003, Elad was employed by "Salman-Aviram" Law office, where he dealt with liquidation, insolvency, receivership, banking, public and administrative law, commercial law, debt recovery, class claims and commercial tort .
In early 2003, Elad founded "Elad Man Advocates & Solicitors", a legal practice situated in Hod Hasharon. In 2004, the office joined "Yael Dolev Yair Olmert & Co." Law office, in order to establish a practical legal co-operation, which is ongoing. In addition, the office co-operates with, and advises several other law offices. Until recently, his office was situated in the "Oz" Bldg. in Ramat Gan, together with "I.Aviram & Co." and "Kantor & Co." law offices.
Among his formal duties are his memberships of the Israel Bar professional committees for corporate law and the capital market, the committee for liquidation and recovering corporations and the committee for class actions. Elad Man also, acts as an advisor to the Knesset (Israeli parliament) sub-committee of "class actions new reformed legislation"
Adv. Man had served as a member of the law faculty and has taught contract law, under the supervision of Prof. Gabriella Shalev, and corporate law, supervised by Dr. Gadi Rubin, both of the Academic Center in Qiryat Ono. Elad is a member of the law faculty's Human Rights Department of Ramat Gan's Academic College.
Adv. Man is registered with the Israeli Bar's Data base as an "Advocate who bears knowledge of a foreign law" and is admitted as a member of the Law Society of England & Wales, qualified to practise as a Solicitor.
